As part of the celebrations surrounding the opening of our new major exhibition, China: Through the Lens of John Thomson (1868-1872), specialist chef Andy Chu of Wah Hing Chinese Supermarket will be demonstrating traditional Chinese cooking skills and food art on Saturday 3rd November, at 12pm in our Cafe Gallery.

No booking or payment is needed for this, standard admission charges apply to the historic house.
