Digital Artist Jasmine re-imagines artifacts from the Russell-Cotes Museum as props for ‘ASMR’, an internet subculture dedicated to triggering the autonomous sensory meridian response (a tingly and relaxing sensation).
Historical objects become transmitters of an intimate digital experience and carriers of incidental narratives.
Jasmine completed her MA in Fine Art at Arts University Bournemouth in 2016.
This project was funded by Bournemouth Emerging Arts Fringe and is part of their festival program.
On display Sat 28 April – Sunday 6th May (closed Mon 30 April)
