Administration and Finance Support 

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional individual in the role of Administration and Finance Support. With your organisation and administrative skills, you will be a key member of the team supporting the systems and processes that help to look after the Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum.

The Russell-Cotes is a Grade II* listed Victorian villa with a collection of extraordinary art and treasures from around the world.

Your role will involve being the first contact with email and phone enquiries; managing spreadsheets and databases; supporting the administration of the exhibition programme; co-ordinating group booking enquiries; liaising with contractors; and other administrative and financial tasks as required. The role will be varied, and no two days are the same at the Russell-Cotes.
