Conversations with Art
Join us for a lively, interactive and creative look at some of our artworks, with a chance to discover some fascinating pieces and to share your thoughts and responses.
Guided by our expert Anna, you’ll explore the Russell‑Cotes collection of sculptures in fresh, surprising ways that spark curiosity and open up new perspectives.
Everyone brings their own reactions and interpretations, in an energising mix of voices. Art becomes a conversation, an exchange, a shared act of discovery. This is a very relaxed, guided activity where you don’t need to know anything about art (but it’s also great if you do), to share ideas with other people.
Once the ideas are flowing, the group is invited to head to the Café to continue the conversation, and enjoy some delicious tea and cake.
Whether you’re an art lover, or have never looked at a painting before, this is a friendly way to discover new ways of seeing.
