A late evening celebrating the power of art and museums to improve everyone’s sense of wellness. Join us for an evening of relaxation and enjoyment. Engaging in the arts seems to be growing in popularity as a way to improve your well-being. Participating in the arts can enable people to deal with a wide range of mental ill-health conditions, the best part is that it helps people to improve their mental health through creativity.
Expect creative activities to engage the mind, object handling of real museum artefacts, self-directed activities to promote calmness and connection, music, drop in talks and more. Entertainment is spread throughout the evening, so drop in at any time to enjoy it.
