Friends Membership and Annual Pass Cards
We have recently updated our ticketing and till system. As part of this we have introduced scannable cards for Friends and Annual Pass Holders. This page provides information about the new cards.
Purpose of the card
- The card represents your membership/pass and will be scanned to redeem any admission ticket that is purchased through our system
- Your card is assigned to your record within our secure system
- You may be asked to present your card when attending Friends only events or when you have received a discount as a Friend or Annual Pass Holder
- Scanned cards will help us record visit information
How the card is used
- The card will be scanned upon entry to the Russell-Cotes by Front of House staff using a card reader
- When you collect your new card it will be assigned to your Membership or Annual Pass record
Card barcode
- No additional personal data is recorded with the card use
- The card will be linked to your record within our secure system which holds information you have provided us
- All data gathered and held by the Russell-Cotes is managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR 2018

How to opt out
